Accountant She โ€” Launch Plans

One place for every launch: dates, email sequence, and social plan. Click any launch to see its full breakdown, or use the tabs above to see everything of one kind across every launch at once.

Rachel's launch standards โ€” non-negotiable, going forward
1. No AI externally. Nothing AI-drafted goes out to subscribers as written. Every email/social piece drafted here is a starting draft only โ€” Rachel or Rebecca rewrites in her own voice before anything sends. This tracker exists to save time on structure and sequencing, not to auto-publish copy.
2. Video in every launch. Each email sequence needs at least one genuine video moment (Loom/selfie-style, not polished production) โ€” see the video gap note on each launch card below.
3. Diary time to test & compare. Every launch gets a scheduled review slot ~7 days after cart close to compare it against every other launch we've run โ€” see the Testing & Retro tab.

Every email and social post across every launch, interleaved in true date order โ€” use this to spot clashes and busy weeks before anything goes live.

Per Rachel's standard: every launch gets a diary slot ~7 days after cart close (or ~7 days after the first promotional push, for evergreen products) to compare it against every launch that ran before it โ€” open/click rates from Flodesk, Teachable conversion, revenue vs. the Mid scenario in the Revenue Recovery Plan, and video engagement. Book these slots as soon as a launch's dates are confirmed, not after the fact.

Every video needed across every launch, in one list โ€” use this to track script-writing separately from this tracker. Each row shows who's filming (per Rachel's voice โ€” see note below), the target length, and a script status. Scripts themselves are written elsewhere; this is just the checklist.

Why almost everything says "Rachel": every email in this entire tracker is written and signed in Rachel's first-person voice ("Rach X") โ€” every story, prompt, and mistake described is hers. For the video to match the email it sits inside, the same person needs to be on camera. Rebecca's role here is production (filming, editing, briefing), not on-screen โ€” unless a piece is deliberately reframed as Rebecca's own voice, in which case flag it and the matching email copy needs to change too, not just the filmedBy tag.
